Components & Mounting Options

The SYNC Series IFAK combines an adjustable outer carrier with a removable medical insert to provide secure retention and convenient access to essential medical equipment.

Adjustable Carrier: Constructed from durable B52 Squadron material with integrated elastic and hook-and-loop components, allowing the carrier to conform securely to medical loadouts of different volumes.

Versatile Mounting Options: Compatible with G-Code P-Clips, double-sided hook-and-loop straps, and most commercially available MOLLE mounting systems.

Internal Medical Insert: Removable, bifold-style organizer featuring internal storage pockets, ambidextrous pull handles, and an integrated Grab & Go Tether.

Key Design Innovations

Patented Adjustable Enclosure

Traditional sleeve-and-shroud IFAK systems rely on restrictive elastic enclosures that limit capacity, make reinsertion difficult, and often lose their retention with repeated use. The SYNC Series IFAK addresses these limitations with a patented, adjustable hook-and-loop flap that securely wraps around the internal medical insert. This design eliminates the struggle against elastic tension while allowing a single pouch to accommodate a wide range of medical loadout sizes.

True Ambidextrous Access

The internal medical insert is engineered for rapid, one-handed deployment from either side of the carrier. This ensures reliable access to essential medical equipment regardless of mounting position or hand dominance.

Mission-Specific Customization

Recognizing that medical requirements vary by mission and individual preference, the SYNC Series IFAK ships empty, allowing users to configure their medical setup with standard-issue military supplies or equipment tailored to their specific operational needs.

Grab & Go Tether

The integrated Grab & Go Tether allows users to quickly sling the medical insert around their body after deployment, keeping essential medical supplies within reach while getting off the X.
