Shipping Policy

We offer USPS or FedEx Ground for all of our shipments. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are ONLY available via USPS Priority Mail. No FedEx or other ‘expedited’ shipping methods can be used for APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is charged for all domestic and international orders. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Expedited shipping is not available for any items at this time.

Orders being shipped via USPS and FedEx are processed same day. Because of the custom nature and the wide variety of available options no products are guaranteed to be in stock. Most items are ONLY put into production after an order is placed. Time to shipment from the time an order is placed is contingent upon the current volume of existing orders. There is no expressed guarantee as to how long it will take to produce and then ship any order. We do however; make every effort to process each order as quickly as possible. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, customs, duties, taxes, etc., in their country, and is responsible for ensuring that the product(s) they order are legal in their country as well. We are not responsible for any items confiscated by your government, customs or other agencies.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International Online Orders are shipped via USPS. Note: orders shipped via USPS are not able to be tracked after the order leaves the country and until it arrives at its destination. Edge-Works Manufacturing is not responsible for other Duties or Taxes implied by the receiver’s country of origin. Edge-Works Manufacturing reserves the right to make changes in shipping method if we feel that it will better benefit the customer. The customer will be notified by e-mail of the shipping status and tracking number of their online order.

If we have any questions regarding your online order you will be notified via email. In the event that there is no response we will hold orders for 2 weeks. After making several attempts to contact the customer we reserve the right to “Cancel” the order without any further notice.

While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, we will not be held responsible for postal or delivery services outside of our control. If you have any questions about this, please contact us before placing your order. Shipping rates shown via the online ordering system have occasionally been incorrect. In any case, if a customer needs an order expedited or sent overnight we reserve the right to charge the customer the additional shipping fee.

We support the men and women who defend our country. Our policy sets priority to our Deployed Military Personnel!

ITEM AVAILABILITY: We stock materials and components necessary to construct any item in our product line at all times. However; because of the tremendous variety in our product line items are only scheduled for finished production at the time they are ordered. Time to shipment from the time an order is placed is contingent upon the current volume of existing orders. There is no expressed guarantee as to how long it will take to produce and then ship any order. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges. Items purchased from Edge-Works Manufacturing Company (G-Code) may only be returned/exchanged by the original purchaser or direct gift recipient. The customer must contact Edge-Works Manufacturing Company within 15 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), however, some exceptions may be made on a case by case basis to be determined by Edge-Works Manufacturing. Edge-Works Manufacturing Company reserves the right to refuse items returned without prior authorization. An email form requesting return/exchange information will be sent in addition to the RMA number. Once completed, this form is to be emailed back to the Customer Service Department to begin the process of return/exchange.

Please note: with Returns there may be a 15% Restocking Fee that will be applied. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Edge-Works Manufacturing Company will NOT refund purchases made through any third-party company or distribution channel. Edge-Works Manufacturing Company may honor returns and exchanges from customers who have purchased from a G-Code authorized dealer. Return shipping fees is the sole responsibility of the customer when returning items back to Edge-Works Manufacturing Company. Customer is responsible for the return shipping of exchanged items from Edge-Works Manufacturing Company.

Edge–Works Manufacturing reserves the right to review the returned item(s) before beginning the return/exchange process of said item(s). Gear that has been used, is dirty, missing parts, etc. may NOT be accepted for returns or exchange. They will be returned to customer promptly.

All returns/exchanges must be received within 15 days of receiving the RMA number for processing. If it is not received by the end of the time limit, the request may be returned to customer untouched.

If there is a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to correct the problem in a timely manner. However, Edge-Works Manufacturing Company reserves the right to not honor the warranty or provide support on items purchased outside our website (G-Code Amazon included) or approved network of Authorized Dealers.

If there is an error on our part in the processing of your order, such as; you received the wrong item or color, we will work with you to correct the problem in a timely manner. Edge-Works Manufacturing Company retains the right to require proof of purchase for any requested Return, Exchange or Warranty repair.

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All G-Code products are backed with a limited lifetime factory warranty. If ANY G-Code holster fails for any reason Edge-Works Manufacturing Company will repair or replace that holster free of charge. This Warranty is for the limited lifetime of the product but is strictly limited to the original purchaser. Please retain your invoice whether it’s Edge-Works Manufacturing direct or an authorized dealer. A copy of your invoice is required for warranty issues.
